Acupuncture Happy Hour for Stress Relief

Having a busy, stressful day? Week? Acupuncture Happy Hour with guided meditation combines two effective approaches for regaining calm and reducing stress! If you've always been curious about acupuncture, this is a great introduction! Acupuncture will be based on the National Acupuncture Detoxification Protocol (NADA) protocol, which consists of 2-5 designated acu-points in each ear. Needles will be administered in a group setting. This method has been demonstrated to aid in reducing stress and anxiety, and in helping to improve sleep. This protocol has also been widely used in supplementing the treatment of addiction and craving problems like tobacco.

Arrive in the first 10 minutes of the hour to begin acupuncture. Guided meditation will begin 15-20 minutes after the hour.

- Raise hand if you need to leave at any time.
- Feel free to follow along with the meditation or simply relax.
- Feel free to join us if you simply want to come for the meditation alone, and not the acupuncture.

* If this is your first time attending, please arrive a few minutes early to fill out a short registration/consent form.
